One of the best ways to gather this information by holding a consultation with you. During this consultation, we will ask questions to understand who you are, what your goals are, how you'd like to use your home, and where your "must haves" are. From the initial consultation, one of the company owners will help to create a ballpark estimate and have a guideline to go by to stay within your budget. We will suggest certain ideas or tips but we understand that this is your home and your dream. We are here to help, not to control. For us, this is a partnership.
